Artificial Intelligence (AI) is no longer a distant concept; it is a reality that reshapes our workplaces, leadership approaches, and career paths. As AI adoption accelerates, we must harness its potential responsibly, ensuring that inclusivity remains at the forefront.

This conversation is essential for advancing our shared mission of inclusive economic growth.

In 2024, 78% of organizations reported rapid AI adoption, a significant increase from 55% the previous year. Additionally, the Bureau of Labor Statistics anticipates a 17.9% growth in software developer roles from 2023 to 2033, highlighting the increasing demand for AI-related skills.

Workers using generative AI have reported saving an average of 5.4% of their work hours weekly, leading to a 1.1% increase in overall productivity.

However, the World Economic Forum projects that by 2025, AI will create 11 million jobs while displacing 9 million, illustrating AI's dual impact on employment.

Alongside experts Ary Aranguiz, CPTD, and Kristin Mayo, we will explore topics such as:

  • Adapting leadership styles to guide teams in AI-enhanced environments: Safety, responsible use, and governance.
